Surveillance cameras nearly ready for downtown Iowa City
Surveillance cameras being installed by the Downtown Association may be ready to go live by July 1, according to association president Leah Cohen. In fact, a couple are in place now and have been undergoing testing, she said.So if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about.

Heard cameras don't like light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. Such is not yet even regulated by government. You never know when a stray emission will accidentally encounter the imaging device in a traffic camera.
