Between the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. Between the Iowa and Cedar. Between the Des Moines and Skunk. I've lived or worked by them all. (Except the Missouri - that one doesn't count.) And fought floods against two of them more than once.

And now for something different...
I missed my two-year blogiversary and thought I'd go for change. I don't know if I'll keep it, but I think it adds a little more balance to the page.

I wrote GUI applications for a while and visual design is not my strength. I concentrated on making the guts work right when you press the "OK" button.
