"Your tax dollars at rest" - a much better title.
His superiors reprimanded him for not for sleeping on duty but for "Failure to generate revenue for the city."
With all the cameras in town, does he really need generate a positive cash flow?
The Blue Wall never ceases to amaze. What the spokesperson should have said is that the department is embarassed, and the officer in question will now be WALKING a beat to avoid any future naps.
