Between the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers. Between the Iowa and Cedar. Between the Des Moines and Skunk. I've lived or worked by them all. (Except the Missouri - that one doesn't count.) And fought floods against two of them more than once.
I'm looking for something in the 25-40hp range, loader optional right now. I grew up with Allis Chalmers and Farmalls, and some models of each are coming up this weekend at auction near Marshalltown, IA.
At this steam auction, I don't think there is anything I could afford or actually use in the field. When I found it, I thought Sam would be interested.
I would like to go if I knew they would fire them up. Some "Weekend Steam" for us.

I've seen one of those in action and it is very cool.
