Both the Dubuque Police and the Sheriff’s Departments are urging permit holders to conceal their weapons even though the law will soon no longer require that.Because sometimes feelings get in the way of facts and stuff, right?
Dubuque County Sheriff Don Vrotsos is asking nicely.
Vrotsos said, “It will ease the feelings of the other citizens if they are not walking around in plain view with a handgun.”
