It was issued in the form of an “administrative directive” after high-level meetings between American “security” bosses like Janet Napolitano and TSA overlord John Pistole. The memo reportedly labels opponents of the TSA’s heavy-handed groping, naked-body scanners, and other procedures as “domestic extremists.”
Protest TSA, get labeled as a "terrorist threat" and your name gets put on a list. Remember the Brady bunch and members of Congress want to use that list to deny your right to arms.
Free speech ain't so free.

At this point, it becomes a contest to see how many gov. lists one can get on! There should be a prize for the winner.(other than a trip to a fed max prison!)
1 - gun owner
2 - letters to editor using real name
3 - letters, emails, etc to legislators using real name
4 - mouthed off to a congressman (true story)
5 - member of "fringe" organizations like GOA, JPFO, Network Engineers Against Commies
6 - frequent visitor to websites, blogs, etc that are critical of government
Yeah, I'm sure those lists will include a lot of people.
