Democrat Roxanne Conlin said the way to close the federal budget deficit is by collecting billions in unpaid taxes, letting the Bush-era tax cuts for the wealthy expire and stop subsidies for big oil companies.Maybe she should look at the ones who got away without paying "their fair share:"
