This has nothing to do with NRA grades or endorsements. Remember the sheriff that denied a resident a carry permit because he was asking questions of the county's finances?
U.S. District Court Judge Mark W. Bennett ruled against Osceola County Sheriff Douglas L. Weber in the suit brought by Paul Dorr. The good judge ordered the sheriff to go back to class to learn a little more about the Constitution.
Sheriff Weber earned a B- from the online University of Phoenix.
Let's hope he learned something.

Every government employee, to include and perhaps especially POTUS, should be required to take a course on the Constitution. I don't think some of the SOB's have ever even read it.
B- huh...with all the grade inflation at the college level he probably rated a "D" 1970 terms.
Bawb, as long as they take a Consitutional history course (including both Federalist and Anti-Federalist Papers) NOT a Constitutional Law class. Those classes never seem to require a reading of the document itself.
Joe, good point. And since it was the University of Phoenix online version, anyone should've received a B- just for signing the check.
Grade inflation. No wonder he wouldn't comment.
