Bob Vander Plaats is a Sioux City business man who is campaigning for the Republican nomination for governor here in Iowa. He made mention that Obama "has been really, really good for two industries — guns and ammunition.”
Well, the democrats aren't too happy for him speaking the truth. At The Iowa Independent Iowa Democratic Party Chair Michael Kiernan called the comment “outrageous, irresponsible and very dangerous.”
Mr. Kiernan, Obama has been good for gun and ammunition sales. Ask any gun dealer in the state.
At least he didn't call Bob a liar.
