PHOENIX, Ariz. - Republican Gov. Jan Brewer on Friday signed into law a bill making Arizona the third state allowing people without a permit to carry a concealed weapon.I spoke with a local card-carrying NRA member today about this and he had no clue what I was talking about, claiming that this was about open-carry and that open-carry was legal in Wyoming. (facepalm)
