Recently released emails show a pattern of insubordination, bitterness and petty backstabbing by three former employees of the Lee County Recorder's office.The result here was a resignation and two firings.

Courts have ruled that emails are the property of the employer and are not subject to much privacy within that organization. If the boss wants to view them, then you hand them over (within reason, of course).
